Every staff member I met was so incredibly kind and supportive!! There was a movie playing the entire time we were there, and coloring materials were offered to pass the time as things were prepped for surgery. My daughter is two and woke up very disoriented, and her lips and cheeks were swollen and a little bloody around her mouth. But thatβs to be expected with as much work as my daughter needed, so donβt let that surprise you when you see your child after the procedure is done. Recovery wise, she has been just been wanting comforted with snuggles, dairy free sorbet, and water.

I'd give it 5 stars however we weren't sent home with any gauze, or anything to help with the bleeding on the way home. And at the time of discharge my child was very visibly bleeding from their mouth. I just found it weird is all. Thankfully I had napkins in the car because we needed them for our 45 minute drive home. I will say I though the staff was very friendly. Their bedside manner aligned with working with children which was important to me. Our child ended up having a rash on their back and arms that didn't fully emerge until we arrived. It was concluded it was most likely from the laundry products I changed. However they checked my child out, took their temperature, made sure she was breathing okay, feeling okay, and consulted with eachother before making the decision to continue with the procedure. They made myself and my husband feel comfortable and didn't disregard our uneasiness about putting our child under anesthesia. I would definitely take my child there again. Just be prepared to have your own supplies for the ride home!

My son recently had a procedure and overall the experience was great. We were greeted right away. The reception was very through and made sure everything was going to be okay. Sarah and Jazmin were very attentive during the process and they did so good with taking care of my son and making sure he felt comfortable. After the procedure I received a follow up call from their nurse to just check in to see how he was doing. All my questions were answered. As a parent you always worry, but the staff reassured me he was going to be okay and made me feel at ease.

My son had a procedure on 07/22 that included multiple crowns, a root canal, and an extraction. Overall, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding with both of us. They took the time to explain everything, answered our questions, and were compassionate knowing how emotional the experience was for both my son and me. I truly appreciate the care they provided. The only reason Iβm giving one less star is because of the experience leading up to surgery. Since my son wasnβt allowed to eat or drink beforehand, it was very difficult for him to watch another child receive their βprincess juiceβ while he continued waiting. Then another child who arrived about 30 minutes after us also received theirs and was taken back for surgery within about 15 minutes, while we had already been waiting for over an hour. By the time the doctor came in, they finally gave my son his medicine, but before it even had a chance to help him relax, they were already taking him back. Being rushed away while he was still scared caused a complete emotional breakdown. As a mom, it was heartbreaking to watch, and it also resulted in him fighting the anesthesia. We had been told he likely wouldnβt reme
